Unit 1
What I learned in this Unit is that websites are more complex on the inside than on the outside. I also learned that colors play a key role in how a website looks and feels. Websites also have to have accessibility features that help people with certain disabilities like color blindness, dyslexia, and Parkinson's. A website's layout also defines how people interact with it, like if the font is too small, it’s annoying. Yeah.
Unit 2
What I learned in this unit is how to create html files and connect them to the home page. I also learned how to format lists and list items using "< ol>" and < li>. I also learned how to add links using < a href=”link”>, we used this for adding links to the school website and sending an email. Then I learned about creating data tables, which we used to create 3 separate tables about a School Lunch Menu, a Web Accessibility Checklist, and my personal Days of the Week ranking. Finally I learned about adding videos, which are added with…a ton of tags. We added a handful of videos about a few separate things, one of said videos is below.
